Looking for an easy way to dazzle your holiday guests this year? I highly suggest trying out this incredibly simple two-minute fudge recipe.
I have made this fudge for several years. Oh my goodness, I have made it for almost 20 years. How is that possible? Oh. My. Lord!
I am including step by step pics, and for those of you who need a better visual, I am also including a video that my friend, and I made to help you out!

Gather your supplies, and get started. As you can see there are very few ingredients.
I choose not to use nuts, as I prefer them without them, but my mom always adds nuts.
Next, add the cocoa to the powdered sugar, and stir with a fork. If you are feeling frisky, you can also use a sifter.
Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Pour milk over, BUT DO NOT STIR!
Sliced butter, and lay into the mix. BUT DO NOT STIR!
Microwave for two minutes.
Stir until smooth.
I use a glass pie dish. Grease the dish with shortening or butter.
Pour into the dish, and place in the refrigerator until cooled.

I love to make it, and add it to a gift mix of different treats including my equally easy peppermint bark.
